Talk about Mo'Cara

I've enjoyed the food from Two Fat Men Catering for years and have used their services many, many times.  I was so excited when I heard about the new restaurant, and I wasn't dissappointed!  The food is great and SO creative!  Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! Thanks Ed and best of luck with the new restaurant!

It's about time we got a restaurant in this area that REALLY puts the emphasis on the food.  I'm not looking for a so called 'fine dining' experience, I just want to eat out where someone treats their menu and prepartions like a work of art - making each item, each bite an experience and a joy.  Call me a 'foodie' if you need to, but this is my kind of place!

The food is great, the space is fantastic, the people are friendly - what more could you ask for?  Mo Cara really is a blueprint for how to make a restaurant!  I look forward to our next meal with you!!

I dine out to experience new foods, new flavors, and quality ingredients.  Mo Cara certainly lives up to all of my expectations.  It's not just food, it's an adventure.  They have so many creative ideas and really, really tasty and unique dishes you'll have a hard time deciding on just one.  They also come up with new recipies and items so often that you will never get bored.  Great job and I guarantee you I'll be back!
